New Zealand - Kumara and Tuna, Sweet potato cakes with a grilled tuna steak drizzled with a mint kiwi jam.

Ireland - Dublin Coddle Stew, a deconstructed Irish classic, with ham and sausage over a bed of herb potatoes and onions, drizzled with a Guinness sauce.

Czech Republic - Roast Pork & Yeast Dumplings, with a mustard and caraway seed rub, roasted onions and a creamy Rebel Lager sauce.

France - Chicken Cou Cou Vin, with chicken, potatoes, carrots and onions slow cooked in red wine.
